The receiving of the Gifts of The Holy Spirit through the Sacrament of Confirmation is a powerful encounter with God and gives a young person renewed spiritual courage to go out and witness to their Faith more fully as gifted Christians.
Criteria
The young person must be a baptised Catholic.
The young person must be in school Year 9 or above
Process
The organising of the Sacrament of Confirmation is often done at a Partnership level.
Several sessions will have to be attended and the young people will have to attend Sunday Mass and participate in Mass at various times during the course/program.
